Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Tierneys Gifts, we want you to be delighted with your home decor and giftware; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the items in their original gift boxes and use protective shipping packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
